Artists in Residence in Everglades (AIRIE) is a not-for-profit organization that partners with Everglades National Park to offer a month-long, immersive residency for artists in one of the world’s most unique ecosystems. By fostering artistic exploration at the intersection of art and the environment, AIRIE empowers creatives to reveal new narratives and solutions for social and environmental challenges. With a commitment to inclusivity and environmental justice, AIRIE supports diverse voices through its residency program, gallery space, and community events, while raising awareness of the Everglades’ ecological and cultural significance.
